House rules

To ensure a pleasant and respectful stay for everyone, please read the following house rules.

Check-in between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm, unless self check-in has been arranged in advance.
For late arrivals, a secure key box is available. The code is provided a few days before arrival.
Check-out no later than 10:00 am.
Non-smoking accommodation.
Parties and excessive noise are not allowed, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Maximum capacity: 4 guests, with at least one adult.
Pets are not allowed, except assistance dogs.
Smoke detector: installed in the living room above the door leading to the kitchen.
First-aid kit (ointment, thermal blanket, etc.): available in the bathroom.
Electrical panel: accessible in the utility room.
Main exit: the main entrance door of the accommodation.
In case of emergency: call 112.
